The hours are flexible. Upon registering, students may take as many classes as they wish, up to seven in a given week, on any of the days listed above. They may choose to be present on any day, as long as they maintain their consistency.

1st Term White belt classes tend to concentrate on kihon (basics), kata (form) and kumite (combat). The highest belts demonstrate to the lower belts in front of the dojo, while other higher belts are assigned beginner students to guide and help. These classes also refine the fundamentals of karate.

The second class on Friday is reserved for higher belts, and focuses on advanced kihon, kata and kumite. Students must be at least green belt and be equipped with fist protectors for sparring, in order to avoid unnecessary injuries.

Karate Seminars & Karate Marathon giren by guest instructors carry additional charges and will be done twice a year.
